We’ll use the assessment to create a tailored strategy to transform your talent potential into measurable impact. We’ll use comprehensive training modules on best-practice marketing techniques and tools to give your team a tangible documented guideline for moving forward as they grow.
3. 1:1 Mentorship
In addition to documentation, we’ll have one-on-one meetings to discuss what we’re learning. We apply the knowledge to current marketing objectives so your marketer(s) take part in meeting existing company goals. This hands-on approach helps the team learn to rinse and repeat so they can stand on their own next time.

How much does marketing training cost?
To get the most out of training, we recommend the full Marketing Mentorship plan, an eight-week comprehensive program starting at $3,800 per person.
Team rates apply for groups of three or more.

How does marketing training happen?
All training is digital. Training modules will be delivered online with printable documentation and watchable videos. 1:1 and team training will be over Zoom and are always recorded so you can re-watch whenever you want.
We do offer in-person options with packages starting at $1,600 for a half-day of training. In-person training is great for teams and can be coordinated with other team-work days as needed.
