What does Google Analytics provide that Google Ads doesn’t?
While both Google Analytics and Google Ads are Google tools and they even share the same acronyms, they each have a different focus.
Google Analytics focuses on overall website performance and visitor behaviors. Google Ads focuses on paid ad campaigns and their performance.
We think of it like a house party. Google Analytics lets us know if there are enough chips, if the music is too loud, and if someone has been spending too much time in the bathroom. Google Ads tells us how many invites we sent out, if they were received by our intended guests, and more importantly – if they came to the party.
